Salam.. betul ape yg korang kira tu.. sorrylah tersalah type ;-) Nak edit tak boleh dah tu…
"OD against FD" pun ada jugak yg diamalkan oleh setengah2 Bank: ie Affin (BLR+2.5%), & Hong Leong Bank (BLR+1%)
Thx to dynn. Aku pun baru tau ttg Maybank OD Islamic tu. Aku tak check lak Maybank haritu ingatkan takde ;-)
Rate=BLR+0% ye. CUma processing mahal sikit 250.
Then mmg leh beat RHB & CIMB le Maybenk nye OD ni… Islamic pulak tu. (Walaupun dia based on ASB yg tak brp Islamic) ;-)
Anyway, ada jugak yg tak bersetuju gunakan hutang ni utk pelaburan. But there's Good Debt & Bad Debt. Jangan tersilap langkah, udah la ye. Kena disiplin mcm paksyed ckp kat atas tu ;-)
Yang penting, kalau kita pandai guna, kita leh minimizekan interest yg dicaj ke atas kita, dan kita jugak yg untung in the end.
P/S: Aku sendiri pun belum apply OD ni. CUme research2 around. Hopefully betul la apa aku cite ni. Kalau salah tolong jolokkan. Aku plan guna OD ni utk cover loan motor dan buat modal masuk rumah baru.. Tu je. hehehe… Takdela burn terus duit ASB 'bini' aku nnt tu;-)

penggunaan OD nie bergantung kepada masing2 punya matlamat..apa yg ditekan semasa belajar OD ni adalah penggunaan jangka panjang..bermakna keuntungannya juga jangka panjang..ini bergantung juga kepada cash flow masing2…lain org lain cash flow dan lain juga matlamatnya..skurng2nya cash flow = 0…kalau +ve lagi cantik lagi banyak menyimpan.
ada org buat OD untuk settlekan hutang disamping menyimpan sikit2…ade yg menggunakan OD sebagai batu loncatan untuk pecutan yg lebih laju untuk mengumpul kekayaan…jadi ape yg penting kena ada longterm planning dan matlamat yg jelas.
ape2 hal study cara penggunaan yg betul kemudahan OD nie..sebab takut2 terjerut diri kalau takde displin dan matlamat jelas.
saya baru jer apply dan baru jer approve…tapi modal permulaan sikit jer…just nak dapatkan feel penggunaan OD nie..kalau dah expert baru la buat pecutan yg lebih laju.

hmmmm, menarik jugak bayar car loan pastu beli rumah ek… tapi asb kena minimum 50k kan untuk buat OD?

Minimum ASB untk buat OD dalam RM10,000 (depend on bank)…itu la tengok objectif masing2…kalau nak lagi cepat…buat la amount OD tu besar.
