Smile T. kasih. tuanbri… Jadik package yg di tawarkan skrg oleh bank itu masih tertakluk kpd BFR la…walaupun sekarang nmpak rendah (minus 2.++), ianya masih terikat kpd kenaikan BFR itu la yea…… Saya hanya nak confirmation sbb bank officer salah sebuah bank ni mengatakan yg 3.45% (rates) ini akal kekal thru out the tenure…. Mungkin saya silap dengar lah… tapi on d second day saya bawa plak kawan saya… dan jawapan pun sama… mmmm… musykil gak…

yg dia kata kekal tu ialah minus 2.00 from BFR….mesti CIMB ? wild guess….

kalau yg fixed thoughout the tenure tu, islamic cam bank islam, bank rakyat, Al Rajhi dan MBSB,

rate agak tinggi sikit…around 5 – 6%. aku x berapa sure sangat. bg aku info lebih sikit. boleh aku tanya banker aku.

kalau berminat nak beli apa-apa property through auction, boleh deal dgn aku.

aku ada panel banker dan lawyer, so senang sikit kita nak keep track. sebab dalam auction, masa terhad. kena settle

rumah sekarang ni duduk sendiri atau sewa?

kalau duduk sendiri, refinance ok jugak.just make sure boleh dibayar walaupun xde kerja nantu..hehehe

kalau je la….ada la back up..kang silap2x rumah sendiri lak yg kena lelong….

hoho..tuan bri pun dah join sini. memang otai ni. bagus..

aku dok bace2 pasal auction property ni, step by step banyak duk citer kalo kita menang.

what if kalo kita kalah? what happen to the bank draft? boleh transfer/register utk bid prop lain tak?

and..utk rumah2 yg value <rm100k, banyak ke pilihan loan yg kita ada?

weh…mana ada otai…kita semua belajar sesama sendiri…

Bank draf tu just a deposit..nak tunjukkan yg kita serious nak beli rumah tu.kalau kalah, dapat balik.

cuma kena tebus balik kat bank yg kita buat bank draf tu.dlm rm2.15.

rumah ada bnyk..tgk location.

medium cost apt, ada bnyk yg bwh rm100k . cuma kita kena bid..x confirm dapat kan?

tgk budget je…ada berminat?Cool

minat memang la minat, modal je takde ni. hehe..takpe, belajar dulu.

berdasarkan pengalaman, berapakah modal minimum yg diperlukan tidak termasuk 10% bank draft tu? maksudnya, utk lawyer fees ape bagai semua2 tu?

soalan saya sebelum tu, bukan pasal rumah bawah rm100k, tapi pasal LOAN rumah <rm100k. sebab harga ciput kan, bank2 ni minat ke nak bagi pakej2 yg menarik?
